Our talent team was launched during the summer of 2015 to support the Academy in many functional areas, highlighted by our in-house leadership, partnership with school-based administration, and expertise in the areas of recruitment and human resources. With the anticipated growth of the organization, the current priorities of this department are building and investing in talent pipelines, analyzing data toward short and long term goals, and thinking innovatively about how benefits, performance review, induction and onboarding, and compensation lead to targeted goals around retention and employee satisfaction.
